Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery time: 2–4 weeks
  • Larger or freight items: 6–8 weeks
    Processing time: 1–2 business days before your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping may be available at an extra cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once items are inspected.

Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders

What happens if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
